Carl Zeiss is a known brand world over for best quality lens. They initiated a programme along with Government of Germany to connect millions of people who are in need of eye care but are forced to get by without a pair of glasses because they live in a developing or emerging country with limited access to eye care. They were looking for a complete end-to-end ERP solution for this department.

THE OUTCOME

A productive platform for complete department

Websigma took up this challenge in piloting the project catering to rural India. We created an application designed exclusively for this global department of Carl Zeiss. Platform was designed with research on Eye testing camps in rural India. Complete E-Commerce chain was established along with Inventory Management and Order Management System. The application was enabled with offline features to cater to low internet connectivity areas. It can be used in various eye testing camps with features to enable checks at each stage of testing.

Admin Dashboard - 360 degree control of whole operation

Admin panel of Application initiate eye test events and monitor the process at real time. Panel maintains books and transactions of complete department. All Ecommerce transaction can be viewed on a separate dashboard also. It can update news and documents regarding events. Region-wise graphical reports can be generated. Feature navigation kept simple for easy usability by admin staff of company.
